Our services

Currently our business has two primary services that we provide for our customers. 

First is systems integration for all their control needs.  This includes troubleshooting and maintaining existing control systems, as well as designing new control systems for older machinery.  We provide whatever level of service is required to meet their needs.  Some of this work is design only but most is design, build, and program.  The primary manufacturer we use for PLC/PAC products is Rockwell Automation, however, we do use other vendors based on customer preference. Many of these control systems are connected to data acquisition systems.  We have used systems from a few vendors over the years. Our standard SCADA package is Proficy iFix by GE.  We have been involved with the Intellution System integrator program since 1997.  We also use XL reporter from Sytech for much of our customers reporting needs.  We build control cabinets for small single task or OEM applications as well as large multiple door systems for large machinery.  Our customers use us as a one stop service to make their machines run smoothly.

Second, we design and build custom machinery for the plastic and rubber industry.  These machines are as varied as our customer base, each one provides us an opportunity to learn and keep abreast of the changing technologies.  We have fabrication facilities in house and also work with several local businesses where it makes sense for equipment requirements.  We have a machine shop and do most of our manual machining needs in house.  We are currently looking to adding a CNC machine to our equipment list.  We are also an OEM machine builder for a few local manufacturing businesses and build skid mounted equipment.
